You will be charged a 50% cancelation fee for any no-shows or cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If your card is declined, you will receive an invoice and will not be able to book a new appointment until your invoice is paid. Please note that the reason for this policy is to protect Gemmas income. Last-minute cancelations or no-shows are difficult to fill and may lead to gaps in the day that could have otherwise been filled. Thank you so much for your understanding.
